THE BASIC FACTORS OF ALTERED STATES OF CONSCIOUSNESS INDUCTION (by the example of physiological labour)

The results of arising spontaneously during pregnancy and in the early postnatal period altered states of consciousness of practically healthy women aetiology research are presented. Three hypotheses of these states possible induction according to which neurotic impairments, creativity, as well as «basic spiritual experiences» and religious sets are potential factors of their development are formulated. The data, testifying to mainly socio-cultural nature of consciousness altered states experiences and the existence of religious - psychological sets are the main factor determine these states' development probability are obtained.
